OUR STORY
WellnessPlay began with a question: What if gaming, often seen as isolating, could instead be a bridge to wellness? Over three years ago, a handful of young people set out to pilot a new idea: structured online play that relieved stress, strengthened skills, and built community. What started small has now grown into a youth-led movement, recognized for showing how play can foster resilience. Recently incorporated and with a new website, WellnessPlay is ready to scale its model: helping teens find balance, equipping schools with tools, and enabling adults to reconnect across generations. Our work has reached from classrooms to global stages, including the UN Youth Office’s #YouthLead Festival. At heart, we remain committed to one truth: play is not an escape from life, but a way of living it more fully, together.
